started running on grass and track already this week after given green light because of biodex results. nice feeling..will work on strength still. get the ice cream treat from steve after nx biodex. anyway i did stupid thing.. i tripped while walking on heels. so embarrasing. then sort of sprained my ankle slightly. silly.

saying goodbye is never easy. just came back from sending kalp off today. another one of the tk sharks leaving us. first jana now her. wonder when is the next time i will see her. maybe never again since her parents are going back to nepal after this year. i will miss her badly though. my teammate and schoolmate for 6 years. teasing her and having fun together. still remember the time she stayed over for the night before i went to christchurch cos my family went malaysia.hope i wont lose contact with her like i did with jana.

another one of us left. now left 8 of us. i guess its amazing how everyone changes but still stay the same. we all change the way we look, our lives, our frens but when we meet up, we are still the same inside. like who we are in back in tk. one of the best team i ever played with. i guess we will still be together in the future. the tk sharks family. supposed to go to dubai in the future. haha yes maybe even transit to london see kalp. heh... yeah when we have the money. anything is possible. we went malaysia this year after planning it after o levels. i actually forgot about it until it was mention end of last year. we'll see how when the future comes.
